Energy Drinks are Rotting Your Teeth!

A study published in the May/June 2012 issue of General Dentistry found that regular exposure (15 minutes a day, 4 times a day) to these drinks started causing serious enamel damage in as little as 5 days. Overall, energy drinks caused twice as much decay as sports drinks.
